Question: I am doing another cycle with clomid and this time my doctor wants me to do HCG shot to release the egg. after clomid. did any one did that ? did it work? and are the shots painful?

I am seeing a doctor tomorrow for the HCG shots. I was wondering what other people have experienced with this weight loss method. I keep hearing that you have to stick to the diet but I have no idea what the diet is until I go tomorrow.
